OUR VALUES
At A Great Idea, our values are the compass that defines, guides, and informs who we are and how we create.
These values shape our relationships, fuel our passion, and inspire us to deliver meaningful work that makes a transformative impact on our partners and our world.
Together, We Will Do Great Things
Collaboration is magic. We are committed to strong, authentic connections that engage advocacy for impact.
Good Is a Great Start
Our partners are changing the world. With every project, our work quality and experience must amplify and advance their success.
Greatness Lives in Every Body
We believe every human being has the right to thrive on their terms, in their expression, and in their humanity. We will fight for it every day.
Create with Great-itude
We recognize the honor of supporting transformative work by expressing gratitude and encouraging space to listen and grow.

As a longtime sponsor of the event, A Great Idea stepped up to support this year entirely to ensure that during an election year, there was community support for our drag performer community, services that address many of the experiences of LGBTQ+ people in Guilford County, and assure that queer representation must be present in the face of legislators attempting to pass increasingly homophobic and transphobic laws. Bingos across the country are unifying nights of celebration and joy that also present opportunities to demonstrate community power and impact. We are proud supporters of this year's events.

Through an original postcard campaign as well as presence at several LGBTQ+ events (including Pride in Durham and Greensboro), nearly a thousand participants had their images taken and took steps to contact their representatives.
