In evolving the annual report from previous years, collaboration with The Up Center’s team to generate a document that brought positivity, freshness, and future-forward feeling was imperative while also making it clear that donors and supporters are the lifeblood of the organization.
Smart Design
The final produced report captured The Up Center’s story of success while also sticking to a solid 8-pages of print along with a gatefold that gave them additional space to highlight statistics and list out their entire donor pool.
What is the difference between digital and print-ready brochure design?
A print-ready brochure is designed using the CMYK color model with specific "bleeds" and margins to ensure it looks perfect when physically printed. A digital brochure (or e-brochure) is optimized for the RGB color space, features interactive elements like clickable links, and is compressed for fast loading in emails or on your website. We can provide your final files in both formats to maximize your reach.
Can you print materials?
While we don’t do in-house printing, we can help you get your materials printed! This includes having final printed materials sent to you or printed near you for pickup. In the design process, we ensure your files are prepared to be sent to printers by ensuring correct sizing, bleeds, and file packaging.
What is brochure design?
Brochure design is the process of creating a visual and informative marketing tool that represents a brand, product, or service. It involves strategically arranging typography, imagery, and branding elements across a folded or multi-page layout.
What’s the difference between content strategy and content creation?
Content strategy is a high-level plan that defines the who, what, when, where, why, and how of your content. This helps guide the content creation process, meaning when you begin writing or designing your content, you understand how to do it more impactfully.
What information do you need from us to start our annual report design?
Materials that we find helpful are your latest report, raw content or outlines, brand information, and ideas or goals—but if you have none of this, that’s okay. In the discovery process, we’ll talk about your project needs and available assets. For example, many of our partners utilize our brand development and copywriting services as an add-on to their annual report design process.
