Triad Health Project (THP) needed a new brochure to help promote prevention, case management, and treatment services at their outreach events. Their initial copy needed rework to contextualize their services and include calls to action so readers would know how to take next steps.

Content Reshaping
The original brochure copy was overly terse, lacking context and entry points for action as there was no language that instructed how individuals would access the services the organization is promoting nor text that indicated that the services were specific to them. We re-drafted the copy so there was no “missing” information, allowing readers to take immediate action upon reading about each service.
