PPESA represents five Planned Parenthood affiliates across New York State, which means messaging and materials must work across multiple teams, audiences, and channels.

PPESA needed creative support for campaign visuals, environmental and event materials, and a system that could scale across statewide affiliates.

Immersive event environment and visual impact

For advocacy events, the room matters. We designed the Day of Action experience to feel immersive and unmistakable—so participants felt the brand and the movement immediately upon arrival. The system was designed to be flexible for different channels (social posts, print pieces, and event signage) while staying unmistakably on-brand.
