North Carolina Serious Illness Coalition Brand Launch
North Carolina Serious Illness Coalition

The North Carolina Serious Illness Coalition was created out of the statewide task force that set a demanding, action-oriented agenda for leaders in healthcare services and needed an identity.
The identity needed to avoid the hazard created when the organization named itself (NC SIC) and so the mark and usage needed to encourage the adoption of NC Serious Illness Coalition’s work.
Calm colors and a serious, energetic typographic approach gave the coalition opportunities to bring thought leadership forward while acknowledging the urgency of their work.
AWARD RECOGNITIONS
Through the use of bright blues and bold spaces, the Coalition’s brand immediately spoke the community’s focus on accessibility as well as expertise for digital and print initiatives.
The brand identity of the coalition was versatile enough to deploy across initiatives like their popular annual webinar series, which AGI also made as part of their brand approach strategic support for the organization.
Can you print materials?
While we don’t do in-house printing, we can help you get your materials printed! This includes having final printed materials sent to you or printed near you for pickup. In the design process, we ensure your files are prepared to be sent to printers by ensuring correct sizing, bleeds, and file packaging.

How do I choose the right brand strategy consultant for my business?
Choosing the right brand strategy consultant is an important part of shaping your brand’s image and reputation. Take time to look at a potential consultant or agency’s past work by looking at their portfolio. Then, set up an initial meeting to ask questions and determine if their brand strategy process fits your needs, values, budget, and goals.
Is there a difference between print and digital design?
Put simply, print design is collateral design, meant for physical assets, while digital design is for electronic dissemination. Beyond that, there are differences in the designs we create for each channel. Considerations like text size, colors, and readability vary across formats.
